Design and manufacture of billets for composite plates

Heating of composite slabs
The composite billet is usually heated in the push steel type or step continuous heating furnace, thicker specifications of the composite plate will also enter the even heat furnace for even heat.
Composite plate rolling with larger undercut and compression ratios
All kinds of container composite plate using controlled rolling and controlled cooling process to ensure the physical properties of the product. The thicker specifications of the composite plate will also be normalized through the normalization furnace.
Composite plate finishing and inspection
The composite plate is cut into the required length and width dimensions by shears or plasma, and is to be straightened using a roll-type cold-straightening machine or press, which requires large straightening machinery.
